施工方法及步骤

腻子表面打格施工点彩石艺：

①辊涂万磊专用抗碱底漆(可以选择黑色底漆)；②弹线分格贴分色胶带；③喷涂点彩石艺造型骨材（可选择使用）；④喷涂点彩石艺专用有色底涂；⑤喷涂点彩石艺主材，用点彩石艺专用喷枪，调整气压，试喷点状达到要求后，施工一次成型，喷涂时注意不能多喷，以免出现流掛现象；⑥去除遮蔽分格缝胶带，干燥后喷涂点彩石艺专用面漆。

Construction and procedure

Construction of Dazzle stone:

①Roll the Wanlei alkali-specific primer (or the black color primer); ②Adhere separation tape on the elastic sub-grid; ③Spray Dazzle stone aggregate (optional); ④Spray Dazzle stone special colored primer; ⑤Spray Dazzle stone main material, with special spray gun which had adjusted the air pressure, spot to meet the requirements. Construct once, not to spray more, in order to avoid a sag phenomenon; ⑥Remove sub-lattice seam tape, spray Dazzle stone specific topcoat after the paint dry.

注意事项

①点彩石艺专用喷枪料管直径为 8#，喷枪嘴口径为 1.5-3.0mm,料管长小于 4 米。使用前检查压力罐盖子有无漏气现象。②施工后及时清洗，中途休息时，可把喷枪暂时浸泡在清水中，以免材料干固堵枪。③喷涂时，出料与气压调至一致，保持气压 1.8G-2.0G，走枪要稳，速度均匀，枪与基面成垂直。④只允许轻微搅拌，可以桶与桶之间均匀对倒，并不宜加水，可加少量专用万磊水性稀释剂，详情请与当地代理商及厂家联系。⑤湿度 85％以上，温度 4℃以下不宜施工。材料于常温室内保存，储存期 12 个月。

Attention : 1.The diameter of the specific sprsying gun of the Dazzle Stone is 8#, and the caliber of the spraying gun's mouth is 1.5-3.0mm, the length of the tube is less than 4m. To examine whether the pressure cover is air leak before using it . 2. To clean it after construction,and discover,. Then put the spraying gun into the clean water,to avoid the dry material to broke up the gun. 3.When it is spraying, the pressure and the ejection of the compact should be consistent , and to keep the pressure at 1.8G-2.0G, it should be steady when spraying, and the speed is uniformity, the gun and the surface of the wall should be upright. 4.It can be mixed around some times,and to bottom up between barrel to barre, can not add any water, and mix with a little Wanlei water-based diluent , more details can connect with the local agent or our factory.5. The humidity shoud be above 85％, and can not be constructed under 4℃. The material is stored in greenhouse usually, and the storage is 12 months.
